• Allows the used of lower clamp and pin pressure

• Lower rejection rates caused by deformation and pin marks

• Confers a degree of lubricity, possibly reducing screw wear

Fishcher Tropsch Wax (FT Wax) is a synthetic wax that are produced form natural gas and air using fishcher-tropsch process. Fishcher tropsch wax consists of straight chain, saturated high carbon alkanes with a relative molecular mass of 500-1000. It has five crystal structure, with high melting point, low viscosity and excellent hardness. FT wax can be used as lubricants and mold release agents in plastic processing, and a dispersion for textile auxiliary agent. In printing ink and varnishes, they are used to improve abrasion resistance. It also used in manufacture of hot melt adhesives, metalworking and bitumen modification.
