2. Application

2.1 Plastic Processing Industry

Used as slip agent, anti-blocking agent and release agent in plastics. Significantly reduces dynamic and static friction coefficients of films or sheets, improves processing fluidity and mold release properties, prevents product adhesion, and greatly enhances packaging efficiency. Suitable for CPP, BOPP, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PVC, PVDF, PVDC, PU and metallocene polyethylene.

      2.2 Ink Industry

Adds slip, anti-blocking and anti-staining properties to inks. Delays sedimentation and agglomeration of pigments and fillers, aids redispersion, increases abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and surface smoothness of printed products, improves slip properties and anti-blocking performance in multi-color printing, resulting in clearer imprints and brighter colors.

      2.3Rubber Products

When added to rubbers such as SBE, SBP, SBR and PP, it improves gloss, stain resistance and elongation of rubber products, enhances vulcanization promotion and wear resistance, and particularly prevents sun cracking.

      2.4 Other Fields

• Used as release agent and surface slip & brightening agent for thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, TEO, TPU) and fluororubbers, as well as lubricant and release agent for engineering plastics.

• Acts as slip agent for fiber materials and non-woven fabrics, improving fabric softness and slip feel.

• Can be used as metal protective film, dispersant for pigments and dyes, additive for high-grade lubricating oils, etc.

3. USAGE RECOMMENDATION

• ‌Dosage‌: Generally, 0.05%-0.3% in plastics, the recommended dosage level is between 0.25-0.75 phr, which can be adjusted according to material type, processing technology and product performance requirements.

• ‌Addition Method‌: Can be directly mixed with resin for processing or added in the form of masterbatch to ensure uniform dispersion. A pre-mixing step is recommended during the processing, in to achieve maximized effectiveness of erucamide. A simple manual mixing prior to the processing gives a better dispersion, mechanical mixing is preferable. The optimum dosage level depends
