Main application

(1): Plastics

 In many thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics as internal and external slip agent, the most representative such as ABS, PS, AS, PVC, can also be used in PE, PP, PVAC, cellulose acetate (cellulose, Acctate), nylon (Nylon), phenolic resins (phenolic-Resin), aminoplastics, etc., has a good finish, film removal. The film releasing property. In the thermoplastic PUR injection molding process, the additive also plays the role of internal film release agent, the amount of 0.1 ~ 1%. As a polyformaldehyde lubricant, the amount of 0.5%, improve the melt flow rate, improve the film, and the whiteness of the polyformaldehyde, thermal stability and the physical indicators have reached the target of superior products.　 

(2): Rubber Synthetic resins and rubbers such as Yinyl, polychloroprene, GRS (SBR) in their emulsions by adding 1-3% EBS, has a good anti-adhesion and anti-caking effect, EBS is used in automotive floor mats, drainpipes and other rubber products play a role in increasing the effect of surface gloss. 

(3): chemical fiber EBS can improve polyester, polyamide fiber heat and weather resistance, mobility, and give a certain anti-static effect. 

(4): Release agent Phenolic resin for sand casting can be used as a release agent by adding EBS. 

(5): Pigment and filler dispersant EBS can be used as pigment in plastic. EBS is used as pigment dispersant for chemical fiber masterbatches, such as ABS, PS, polypropylene, polyester masterbatches. EBS can also be used as diffusion powder for plastic color matching. Depending on the amount of pigment and filler, the amount is 0.5~5%. 

(6): Powder Coating EBS can be used as flow aid for powder coating. 

(7): Coatings, inks When manufacturing coatings and paints, adding 0.5~2% EBS can improve the salt spray and moisture proof effect; adding this product to coatings can improve the performance of paint strippers, and can improve the leveling of the surface of baked enamel. It can be used as matting agent in furniture polish and printing ink. 　

After micronization (particle size: d 50 about 6μ, d 90 about 12μ), this product has excellent anti-abrasive and slippery, used in paint system to improve the sanding, in the porous surface to improve the degassing, with high shear dispersing equipment or ball mill into the mixing, adding amount of 0.5 ~ 1%, in order to ensure that the particles are sufficiently wetting mixing time should be long enough. 

(8): Other uses: Melting point raising agent for petroleum products; lubricant and corrosion inhibitor for metal drawing; potting material for electrical components; defoamer and paper coating component for paper industry; used as defoamer for dyeing project and permanent water pulling agent for textile dyeing and finishing; added to asphalt, it can reduce the viscosity of asphalt, improve the softening point of asphalt, water resistance and weathering resistance. 

EBS meets the food regulations of many countries and can be used in food contact applications, such as Bgvv and FDA.

The product should be protected from direct sunlight and rain during transportation, and the storage place should be ventilated, the product is stored and transported according to general chemicals.
